I joined this project while they were in the midst of migrating from an old website to a new one in terms of design and layout. I provided assistance in creating pages, blogs, setting up functionalities, and finding solutions for last-minute issues. I also offered technical assistance in translating external parties' requests and providing advice on any technical improvements or unexpected issues that cropped up.

This is an example of a project where I did management & maintenance on a site that was not based on WordPress. The site already existed. This is an example of an ongoing project where I take care of managing the site and help with the maintenance acting as link with the original developers of the site. The majority of the managing, which I perform myself, consists of updating texts, images, editing images, and arranging newsletters. Additionally, as part of my role I am also responsible for serving as the technical sparring partner of the owners for structural updates and requests for additional functionality from the supplier. Following the request, I handle the implementation of such additional feature(s).

This is another example of a project where I didn’t build the site myself. The website already existed, but it needed some updating and redesigning. So I took care of its management and the maintenance on a request basis. This time, as it was a personal WordPress site and I had access to the server, I could perform most of the changes and updates myself. Some components had to be restored or replaced, a couple of them required some security components and provided the back-end with a back-up system for extra security. Now and then I perform some regular maintenance.
